Ethics + Manufacturing
Brix + Bailey Luxury Handbags & Accessories are proudly designed in London + New York...ethically
We are very proud that from the very beginning we have aimed to ethically produce all Brix + Bailey luxury leather handbags, totes, backpacks and accessories for men and women. Sustainability, employee rights, fair trade, a wonderful relationship with all of our suppliers and great style are all key to our collections which have been made with care, skill and great attention to detail. All collections are designed in London (sister) + New York (brother)
We want you to love your Brix + Bailey luxury leather bag and our ethical policy embodies everything that we stand for: beautiful materials, craftsmanship, and pieces that are made especially for you, so if there is anything that you would like to know about our ethical approach to manufacturing that is not mentioned here then please do not hesitate to contact us.
BRIX + BAILEY ARE COMMITTED
TO SUPPORTING ETHICAL PRODUCTION WHEREVER POSSIBLE WITHIN OUR LUXURY HANDBAG RANGES.
- Our design and
technical teams work together closely and tirelessly, and without compromise,
to ensure that our products are constructed from high quality raw materials and using construction details which will ensure longevity.
- The design
phase is followed by thorough auditing of the production process to ensure
production compliance with our high standards and corrective action when
occasionally problems arise.
AT BRIX + BAILEY WE RECYCLE
EVERYTHING WE CAN AND WE PACKAGE EVERYTHING SO THAT YOU CAN DO THE SAME.
We all want to do the
right thing for the environment, so the Brix + Bailey team has put together our
favourite tips for sustainable living.
Anyone can easily fit them into
their daily lives, but they make a big impact on our planet. Why not start
- In our factory
and office we have full recycling of everything from coke cans to ink
cartridges, office equipment to hangers, paper and cardboard.
- All our packaging
is either biodegradable or can be recycled. We try to keep it to a minimum too.
- Our producers
understand that our standards are high. This approach enables us to properly
understand the nature of the operations we are working with.
- We do not
operate in a market where cost-cutting is more important than working
- Our suppliers
work to an agreed code of conduct which lays down minimum standards for environmental,
work and health & safety issues.
- Through our regular visits to our
suppliers we will work with them to ensure and monitor those standards.
