The premise is slow decor and eternal style: pieces drawn from treasured antiques and design traditions around the world, turned into handcrafted rattan, hand-painted Vietri tableware, sculptural vases, candleholders and the sort of curiosities that give a room something to say for itself. The showroom sits by the river in Chelsea.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003ch3\u003eRattan, made by hand and paid forward\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eThe rattan is split, framed, woven, sanded and checked entirely by hand in artisan villages, passing through several pairs of hands before it is finished.
