Using the sanding block and paper, gently rub the working surface with even pressure to avoid creating an unfortunate curve through the middle. Wash and dry again to remove dust. Apply a modest amount of hemp oil with the lint-free cloth and leave overnight. Wipe away excess. Next, apply board balm, leave for an hour, then buff into the board including edges and underside.
