IF FOR ANY REASON YOUR NEW BRIX+BAILEY GOODIES ARE NOT PERFECT FOR YOU, DON'T WORRY, WE'LL SORT IT OUT
Only when you, the customer is happy, can we be, and we know that sometimes it just doesn't work out. That's not a problem, we know that's just how the cookie crumbles.
We accept returns for all full price items that reach us within 30 days of the original delivery date and all sale items that reach us within 14 days of the original delivery date.
Please return all products in their original condition and packaging.
At the moment, we do not offer free returns for all orders. Please note that it is the responsibility of the purchaser to cover the cost of the return shipment to the UK.
UK & INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Please return [using a tracked courier service...just in case] including the original packing list that was sent in the box with your order.
Brix + Bailey cannot be held responsible or liable if returned products are lost or misdirected in transit. In order to make sure your return reaches us safely; we strongly advise you to use an insured and tracked service.
If you LOVE your new Brix + Bailey goodies but think you might have picked the wrong color or even the wrong product, then we'd be chuffed to exchange it for you. Please ping us a message and we will sort it out for you.
Our lovely customer service team will always endeavor to process all refunds as swiftly as possible. We will issue a refund for the full amount paid for the products (excluding shipping charges) within 7 days of Brix + Bailey receiving, inspecting, and approving the returned products.
Please note that refunds can only be processed to the original payment method. Brix + Bailey cannot guarantee how long it will take for a refund to show on your account, as this is controlled by the card issuer.
