While we continue to navigate and respond to Covid-19 events, Brix + Bailey is committed to protecting the safety of our team and community of customerss. As we manufacture orders and consolidate returns at our warehouse, stringent safety precautions are being taken, and we are doing everything we can to get your orders shipped in a timely manner.
Once your bag order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please double check that all details are correct as its super tricky to change a delviery address once your lovely new bag is up an away with one of our lovely carriers. We do our very best to process and ship orders within 2 working days. If you have any questions, you can reach out to our Customer Service and we will be delighted to help.
We ship worldwide via international couriers. Deliveries are made between 9 AM-6 PM PST, Monday-Friday.
Most of Europe and USA: delivery within 2‐4 days*
Rest of the world: delivery within 3‐7 days*
Only available within Europe: delivery within 5‐7 days*

RETURNS + REFUNDS
Only when you, the customer is happy, can we be, and we know that sometimes it just doesn't work out. That's not a problem, we know that's just how the cookie crumbles. All we ask if that your refund complies with our Terms and Conditions
Ok, so you have decided that you are not completely overjoyed with your new Brix + Bailey bag or accessory. That's ok. If you are UK based you are protected by the Consumer Rights Regulations Act 2013 and as law abiding citizens we will refund or exchange (where stock is available) any unused products at any time during the period from our despatch confirmation to the end of 28 days after the day on which you receive the products.
Once the bag arrives back with us, you will be notified, and your return will be processed with due haste! Returning items will be at the cost of the customer. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance...just in case.
EXCHANGESIf you LOVE your new Brix + Bailey bag but think you might have picked the wrong colour then we'd be chuffed to exchange it for you. Please ping us a message and we will sort it out for you.
