Anti Slavery & Human Trafficking Policy

At Brix + Bailey, we recognize that modern slavery is not only a criminal offense but also a grave violation of fundamental human rights. It manifests in various forms, such as slavery, servitude, forced labor, and human trafficking, all of which involve exploiting a person's freedom for personal or commercial benefit.

We demand that all of Brix + Bailey's suppliers and manufacturers, along with their subcontractors, strictly comply with our "Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy", which is aligned with the Modern Slavery Act 2015. Any breach of this policy will lead to the termination of our contract with the involved parties.

Brix + Bailey adopts a zero-tolerance stance on modern slavery. We are dedicated to conducting our business ethically and with integrity, ensuring that effective systems and controls are in place to prevent modern slavery within our operations and supply chain.

We hold our contractors, suppliers, and business partners to the same high standards, expecting them to comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and maintain these high standards throughout their supply chains.

This policy is applicable to everyone working for or on behalf of Brix + Bailey, in any role, including employees, directors, officers, temporary workers, volunteers, interns, agents, contractors, external consultants, third-party representatives, and business partners.During this financial year ending June 2023 we have not uncovered any incidents or indicators of modern slavery in our supply chain. This statement covers Brix and Bailey Limited and has been approved by each company’s board of directors on 28th November 2023
