Our Cavapoo charm embodies all the things we love about these popular mixed dog breed, a jolly mix of a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and a Poodle, and the meaning card that comes with each charm celebrates this dog's best known qualities: kind, sensitive and loving.

- An open jump ring allows your personalised Cavapoo charm to be fixed easily to a traditional link chain charm bracelet.
- A clip on clasp can be attached to a chain bracelet with open links or a necklace, the inside diameter of the clasp is 3mm and it will fit on a chain link 1.5mm thick.
- A soldered jump ring will fit to slider bracelets and bangles and measures 4.5mm inside diameter, so it will fit all standard 4mm European style bead bracelets and bangles.
- As a necklace your Cavapoo becomes a perfectly made and hallmarked pendant on a silver spiga chain in a choice of lengths to suit your style.
- As a finished Cavapoo charm bracelet, we’ll hand make & securely solder your dog charm to the centre of our best selling Mini Lifetime bracelet - at 7.5” long it’s an adjustable starter charm bracelet to begin your collection. An 8" bracelet is also available on request - please allow an extra day for us to make longer bracelets.
- We can also gold plate the charm for you - if you choose a clip on or soldered jump ring we will gold plate it all, if you opt for a necklace or bracelet the chains will be silver.
The engraved initial on the dog’s bandana is optional - the personalised initial will be very small, so be sure the Cavapoo charm is right for you before requesting engraving as they are non-returnable if an initial has been engraved for you.
All our dog charms come presented in a branded gift box with the meaning card, gift wrap is also available at the checkout. Most orders are prepared within a day and shipped using Royal Mail using a tracked and secure service.

There is no warehouse. That is rather the point, and it does have consequences.
Every brand here packs and posts its own orders, in its own boxes, with tracked delivery. The brands you can see are the ones that ship to your country, so your parcel is usually making a fairly short journey: a potter in Bristol posting to Britain, a studio in California posting within America.
Which does mean that an order from three brands arrives as three parcels, posted by three different people, on three different days. Whether that is an inconvenience or a small extended birthday rather depends on your temperament. It also means three lots of postage, shown before you pay, because we would rather mention it here than at the till.

Coming from further afield: 7–14 days. Usually quicker, but let's not prmise and it will be a lovely surprise!

Fourteen days from delivery to tell us you have changed your mind, and fourteen more to get it back to us. No reason required, and we will not make you give one.
You are allowed to open it and try it on. Handle it as you would in a shop, and we will not quibble. Handle it as you would a rental car and we may deduct something for the difference.
Return postage is yours to pay, because the brand at the other end is a workshop rather than a warehouse. Some cover it themselves, and if yours does you will not be charged. Whatever you paid us to send it out, we refund either way, and the money goes back the way it came within fourteen days of the parcel reaching the brand.
A few things cannot come back, and only these: anything made or personalised to your order, sealed beauty products once the seal is broken, and anything perishable.
If something arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, none of the above applies. It costs you nothing, and we sort it.
