Returns and Refunds
Full details are on our Returns and Refunds page. To start a return, email mail@brixbailey.com with your order number and we will take it from there. Please do not post anything back before we have confirmed the return address.

The brands know their own work better than we do, but they are not set up to field customer enquiries directly. Email us with your question, we will put it to them, and we will come back to you with the answer. Sizing, materials, care, bespoke commissions, all of it.
