Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Only when you, the customer is happy, can we be, and we know that sometimes it just doesn't work out. That's not a problem, we know that's just how the cookie crumbles.
How to return an Item
We accept returns for all full-priced items that reach us within 14 days of the original delivery date.
Please return all products in their original condition and packaging along with the original packing list to the warehouse address on your packing list. Need a replacement, no problem, ping us an email
At the moment, we do not offer free returns for all orders. Please note that it is the responsibility of the purchaser to cover the cost of the return shipment.
Brix + Bailey cannot be held responsible or liable if returned products are lost or misdirected in transit. In order to make sure your return reaches us safely; we strongly advise you to use an insured and tracked service.
How to return an Item from Europe & Internationally
For international returns or if you are returning from the EU to the UK, please ensure that the parcels are clearly labeled as "Returned Goods" to avoid customs charges and VAT.
The customer is responsible for any customs charges or import VAT that may be incurred during the return process. If the goods are held by UK .customs due to shipment errors, it will not be possible for us to process a refund
Returns Terms & Conditions
As the customer, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly and safely packaged and sent to us. We recommend using a recorded delivery service for added security. Items must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging, including the dustbag.
If you LOVE your new Brix + Bailey goodies but think you might have picked the wrong color or even the wrong product, then we'd be chuffed to exchange it for you. Please ping us a message and we will sort it out for you.
Our lovely customer service team will always endeavor to process all refunds as swiftly as possible. We will issue a refund for the full amount paid for the products (excluding shipping charges) within 10 days of Brix + Bailey receiving, inspecting, and approving the returned products.
Please note that refunds can only be processed to the original payment method. Brix + Bailey cannot guarantee how long it will take for a refund to show on your account, as this is controlled by the card issuer.
