HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER WITH BRIX + BAILEY? EASY PEESY!

Place your Brix + Bailey leather bag or accessory you want to purchase in the cart.

Double-check that you have selected the right colour and then proceed to the check-out to complete your purchase.

Fill in all of the requirements on the check-out page.

Select your favoured payment method.

Confirm your purchase by completing the payment in the payment service provider portal, after which you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Simple.

 

MY ORDER HAS BEEN FLAGGED FOR FRAUD - WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

Due to high volumes of fraudulent charges we have received in the past, we want to make sure we are fully protecting our customers as well as Brix + Bailey.

All orders that come through our system are checked. If your order is flagged, it means some of the information on your order is suspicious, or that your profile matches that of a similar fraud order we've experienced. In most cases, the system might flag your order if you are using a credit card that has a different billing address than your shipping address, or if the name on either is different than the billing details of your credit card. We are checking all details just to be safe...we hope you understand!

Our e-mail system and our fraud partner's system is encrypted, so all your information is safe when you send it to us. To proceed with your order we do have to verify your information. Please send an email that includes one or both of these documents along with your order number:

1. Proper identification with proof of address (a driver's license or government issued ID)
2. Copy of credit card statement that reflects your purchase.

Once a member of the team has assisted you, we will get a response within 48 hours. After which your order will automatically proceed to processing (if approved), or cancelled (if not approved).

 

DO I NEED A BRIX + BAILEY ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

In the check-out menu you can decide if you would like to create an account. We would add that having an account makes it easier to track your order and to place repeat orders.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR AN ORDER TO BE PROCESSED & DISPATCHED?

All orders placed before midday will be processed on the same day & dispatched the next working day. Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email that will contain tracking details for your parcel. If you don’t receive a confirmation email within 24hours, please contact customer services via email
