Bedroom + Bathroom
The two rooms nobody else sees, furnished accordingly.
Sitting rooms get the attention because sitting rooms get visitors. Bedrooms and bathrooms are where people quietly economise, which is odd given that between them they account for most of the hours you spend at home and all of the ones you spend asleep. This collection covers both: bedding, blankets and throws, bedside lighting, refillable dispensers, glass storage, organic cotton towelling, and the small hardware that holds it all up. Browse new arrivals or the wider home and lifestyle collection.
The bedroom.
Natural fibre bedding, blankets and throws, cushions in weights that survive being sat against, lighting that works at eleven at night rather than at noon, mirrors and clocks, and furniture for the pieces that have to hold clothes. Add candles and home fragrance if the room needs an argument for going to bed earlier.
The bathroom.
Largely an argument for owning less and refilling what remains. Glass and stainless dispensers that mount to a wall and stay there, storage jars, shampoo and conditioner bars instead of bottles, replacement pumps sold separately, and organic cotton robes, slippers and towelling in unbleached natural. Look through bath, body and cosmetics for what goes in the dispensers, and the utility room for the cleaning end of the same idea.
Both rooms, same principle.
