We're Looking For More Than Brands
Twelve years in, and we thought we knew exactly who belonged on Brix + Bailey. Independent brands. Boutiques with real character. The kind of people who make things properly, or sell things properly, and don't need to shout about it.
Turns out we were thinking too narrowly.
We keep meeting people who don't fit the usual mould, and deserve a place here anyway. The woman running weekend workshops out of her studio. The person who's just written the book they always meant to write. The dealer with an eye for the genuinely unusual, the kind of find you don't see twice. Different trades, same instinct: doing one thing properly, and doing it because they care.
So we're widening the net. If any of this sounds like you, we want to hear from it:
Independent brands and boutiques. Still the heart of what we do, and always will be.
People running courses and workshops. If you teach a craft, a skill, or a way of seeing things, there's a place for that here.
Authors. Written a book worth finding? We'd like to help more people find it.
Antiques and collectors. Genuine pieces, genuine provenance, sold by people who know what they're looking at.
