Dekornik began in Warsaw in 2009, when founder and graphic designer Kasia Bachor drew inspiration from the art-covered boutiques of Montmartre and asked why Polish children's rooms shouldn't have the same. Since 2014 the brand has focused exclusively on children's wall decor — and has become one of Europe's most beloved names in the field.

Every design is created in-house by a small team of four designers with a genuine gift for the world of children. Collections span the animal kingdom, nature, underwater worlds and whimsical fairytale scenes — all with the sense of magic that defines every Dekornik release.
