NOEL was founded in 2013 by a Lithuanian designer with a very clear idea of what a good bag should be: simple, well made and useful from Monday straight through to Sunday. Totes, crossbody bags and clutches, all in the same quiet, unfussy spirit. We've been trying to live like that for years. The bags are managing it considerably better.
