Be Happy mindfulness, yoga vintage style retro quote poster has been created alongside Don't Worry and Faith Hope and Love which together sit as three motivational quote prints to help promote a sense of calm and stillness in this crazy world and time that we live in. Where stress and anxiety can rule our busy minds and there is real importance now for us to be quiet and still and to show gratefulness and thanks.
Created by Becky, she wanted to combine her love of the vintage nostalgic seaside with her love of yoga, meditation, and well-being. Sitting facing the sea and greeting a new day with a sun salutation. Be Happy is a reminder that each day we can take a few moments to realign our thoughts and choose to start afresh.
In our busy lives we constantly have our heads full of thoughts about the future or about the past - what are we going to do next or what are we going to become or how well or badly we just did something. This means we're often not that aware of what is around us, and what is happening in the here and now. So there's likely to be a lot of good stuff that we miss (or not so good stuff that we really need to be aware of). It also means that we often do things more out of unconscious habit rather than fully conscious choice.
Being mindful means being more fully aware of what is around us - what we can see, hear, touch and taste. Connecting to what is happening inside - our thoughts and feelings. It's about learning to observe all this but not getting caught up in thinking or worrying about it, so being able to choose where we focus our attention.
Mindfulness and Yoga have been shown to help us be healthier, less affected by stress, more relaxed, more creative, more open to learning, sleep better, improve our relationships with others and feel happier and more satisfied with our lives.
The Om symbol is at the heart of yoga and signifies the union of mind, body, and spirit. Often chanted three times at the start and at the finish of a yoga session, it is said to represent the one-ness of all creation. Which fits perfectly with the overall positive message to Be Happy!
There is no warehouse. That is rather the point, and it does have consequences.
Every brand here packs and posts its own orders, in its own boxes, with tracked delivery. The brands you can see are the ones that ship to your country, so your parcel is usually making a fairly short journey: a potter in Bristol posting to Britain, a studio in California posting within America.
Which does mean that an order from three brands arrives as three parcels, posted by three different people, on three different days. Whether that is an inconvenience or a small extended birthday rather depends on your temperament. It also means three lots of postage, shown before you pay, because we would rather mention it here than at the till.

UK Domestic: 2–5 business days
Coming from further afield: 7–14 days. Usually quicker, but let's not prmise and it will be a lovely surprise!

Fourteen days from delivery to tell us you have changed your mind, and fourteen more to get it back to us. No reason required, and we will not make you give one.
You are allowed to open it and try it on. Handle it as you would in a shop, and we will not quibble. Handle it as you would a rental car and we may deduct something for the difference.
Return postage is yours to pay, because the brand at the other end is a workshop rather than a warehouse. Some cover it themselves, and if yours does you will not be charged. Whatever you paid us to send it out, we refund either way, and the money goes back the way it came within fourteen days of the parcel reaching the brand.
A few things cannot come back, and only these: anything made or personalised to your order, sealed beauty products once the seal is broken, and anything perishable.
If something arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, none of the above applies. It costs you nothing, and we sort it.
