Newcastle Classics was started by a mother of two boys who wanted baby things in classic prints that would sit happily alongside the rest of her life, rather than shouting from the nursery. The brand has stayed boutique-only from the start, a small and loyal circle of shops, and we're delighted to be part of it. We've been standing slightly straighter all week.
Muslin, Mostly, and Very Soft.
The range runs from muslins in cotton and bamboo viscose to bibs, hooded towels and blankets, in prints with names like Dino Days, Goodnight Bear and Under the Sea. There are sheets and oversized blankets for the grown-ups too, who deserve nice things as well. Occasionally.
