Why Returns Matter More Than You Think

A return isn’t just popping a parcel in the post. It’s a mini odyssey: fuel for the journey back, new packaging, possible reconditioning—and sometimes, landfill. We’d much rather see your new bag on your shoulder than in transit.

Before you consider a return, why not let us help you refresh, restore, or repair? We’ve built relationships with expert artisans and tailors around the globe—whether you’re in Dubai, Dublin, or Denver.

Standard Returns & Exchanges

We hope you adore your Brix + Bailey purchase, but if it isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from delivery to return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and with original tags and hygiene stickers.
  • Include all original packaging—dust bags, boxes, tags—so we can recycle or reuse it.
  • Please pack securely and choose a trackable shipping service; keep your proof of postage.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Package everything up.
  2. Purchase a trackable return label.
  3. Drop off at your chosen carrier—international options available.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 14 days.

Faulty Items

Received something that’s not quite right? So sorry! Email us immediately at mail@brixbailey.com with a photo of the defect, and we’ll arrange a free return and full refund—or replacement.

Exchanges with Our Brand Partners

Some of our independent brands offer direct exchanges; others only refunds. If you’d like to swap for a different size or style, just let us know— we’ll liaise with your maker and do our utmost to sort it out.

Return Address

Your packing slip lists the correct warehouse address. Please include the slip inside your return parcel so our team can match it to your order.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receipt. In peak seasons it can take a little longer; thank you for your patience.
