He never does leg day (because he doesn't have any) and he has cut out carbs and gone directly for Peas. This duck will be your motivational workout companion, be a paperweight on your diet notes, and always spot you on the lifts.
Russell is a 100% handmade duck ornament, wheel-thrown with white stoneware clay. Embellished with ducky features, underglazed in vibrant colours, kiln fired, transparent glazed then fired to a shiny glost finish!
