4AM Studio is a collective of four designers — Haoran Bie, Shuyu Bai, Ying Qian and Jingyu Wang — founded in London in 2023, each bringing a background in product and jewellery design to the ancient craft of ceramics. The result is a body of work that is quietly extraordinary: playful without being silly, considered without being earnest, and genuinely one-of-a-kind. Chair leg cups. Staircase egg cups. Clock mugs with a handle frozen at two in the morning. Gesture series porcelain. Every piece is handmade in small batches in London, signed with its date and place of creation, and designed to bring comfort and quiet satisfaction to the daily rituals that deserve it.
