Shipping + Delivery

At Brix + Bailey, every product ships directly from the independent brand that made it — straight from their studio, workshop or warehouse to your door. No middleman warehouse, no unnecessary repackaging, no extra carbon miles. Just the product, from the people who made it, to you.

Delivery timescales

Because every brand ships independently, delivery times vary by brand and location. You'll see estimated delivery times on each product page. As a general guide:

  • US orders: 3–7 business days
  • European orders: 5–10 business days
  • International orders: 7–14 business days

Some brands create items to order or in small batches — where this is the case it will be clearly stated on the product page and delivery times will be longer. We appreciate your patience with these makers — it's worth the wait.

Multiple brands, multiple parcels

If you order from more than one brand in the same transaction, you'll receive multiple parcels — one from each brand. You'll receive separate tracking details for each shipment as it's dispatched. You will only ever pay one shipping fee at checkout regardless of how many brands you order from.

Shipping costs

Each independent brand sets their own shipping costs, which are clearly displayed at checkout before you pay. Some brands offer free shipping on orders over a certain value — this will be shown on their brand page and at checkout.

Tracking your order

You'll receive a tracking number by email once each brand dispatches your order. If you have any questions about the status of a specific shipment, email us at mail@brixbailey.com and we'll look into it and chase the brand on your behalf.

International shipping & duties

We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes depending on your country's regulations — these are set by your local customs authority, not by us, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

All prices are displayed in USD. International customers will see local currency equivalents at checkout where applicable.

Order not arrived?

Please allow the full estimated delivery window before getting in touch. If your order hasn't arrived after 14 business days (US) or 21 business days (international), email us at mail@brixbailey.com with your order number and we'll investigate straight away.
