A child spends more time in nightwear than in anything else they own, most of it asleep and in no position to complain about a scratchy seam. Which makes it a peculiar thing to buy cheaply, and rather a good thing to buy once.
Soft in the way that actually matters
Newborn sleepsuits, pyjama sets and slippers soft enough to shuffle to breakfast in. A good deal of this collection is organic cotton, and where a brand holds a certification we name it on its own page with the certifying body attached, which is duller than saying natural and considerably more use to anyone checking.
The present nobody thinks of and everybody uses
Nightwear gets worn every single night for a year and is then handed on to somebody else's baby. It will not produce a gasp at the moment of unwrapping. It will still be in the house when the soft toy that did produce one has been quietly rehomed.
