Our Terms, Built to Empower Your Brand

Welcome to the Brix + Bailey Marketplace. By applying to join and selling through our platform, you agree to the following terms — designed to be simple, fair, and empowering for both you and your customers.

1. Platform Model

This is a curated crosslisting marketplace. You retain full control over your brand presence, pricing, shipping, communication, returns, and policies. We simply provide the platform.

  • You ship directly to the customer.
  • You set your own return terms.
  • You own the customer relationship.
  • You manage your own product content and updates.

2. Commission & Fees

We charge a commission on successful sales (defined clearly in your agreement). There are no listing or subscription fees.

Commission includes:

  • Access to your own vendor dashboard (fully branded)
  • Visibility across our marketplace and campaigns
  • Secure payment handling

3. Onboarding & Listing

Once approved, your brand will be onboarded via our seller dashboard. You’ll receive a login after your application is accepted.

You’ll be able to:

  • Add or edit products
  • Set shipping rules and countries
  • Manage returns and orders
  • Upload your own policies and brand info

You are responsible for providing:

  • Your own Returns Policy
  • Your own Terms & Conditions
  • Your shipping destinations and lead times

4. Order Handling & Delivery

  • You are responsible for fulfilling and shipping all orders.
  • You may limit the countries you ship to.
  • Stock levels must be accurate.
  • Please inform us immediately if an order cannot be fulfilled.

5. Customer Service & Returns

  • You will be the primary contact for all customer inquiries.
  • You may set your own return policy.
  • Your policies must be listed clearly on your brand profile.
  • We will intervene only if a customer issue cannot be resolved directly.

6. Brand Conduct & Removal

We reserve the right to immediately remove any listing, product, or brand without notice if:

  • There is legal, ethical, or reputational concern
  • Products mislead customers
  • Your brand undermines trust in the platform

7. Legal, VAT & Documentation

  • You are responsible for your own VAT or tax compliance.
  • You must comply with relevant advertising and safety laws.
  • You must provide business info and payout details during setup.
