Porter Hill keep a shop in Byram Arcade, the Victorian arcade in the middle of Huddersfield, and by every account it is the sort of place where you go in for one thing and come out forty minutes later having been talked through the difference between a gyokuro and a sencha by someone who genuinely wanted to.
