How to Brew Honest Everyday Assam OP1
Use freshly boiled water at 100°C and add one heaped teaspoon per cup. Steep for 3 to 4 minutes for a bright, balanced brew, or extend towards 5 minutes if you prefer greater body and strength.
This tea takes milk very well. If drinking it black, keep the steep closer to 3 minutes for a smoother, cleaner cup. Warm the pot first if brewing more than one serving.
