Look, we'll be honest. We've made a heart shaped candle. It's handcrafted, it smells rather good, and it burns for over 30 hours if you treat it with the sort of consideration you'd show a houseplant. Which is to say, not much, but just enough.

How To Get The Best From Your Candle
Trim the wick to 0.5cm before each lighting. Allow the wax to melt fully across the surface during the first burn (roughly 2 to 3 hours). Always place on a heat resistant surface, away from drafts and flammable materials. Keep well away from children and pets. Use a snuffer or spoon to extinguish rather than blowing it out. When roughly 2cm of wax remains, call it a day and stop relighting. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Because these are made to order, allow up to 3 to 5 business days before yours ships out. Each candle is individually hand poured, so minor variations in colour and surface are entirely normal and rather rather part of the appeal.
