Dubliners Irish Breakfast Loose Leaf Tea - Luxury Black Tea Blend
Our Irish breakfast loose leaf tea Dubliners is a bold, premium black tea blend made from seasonal second flush Assam and bright Spring Kenyan teas. Deeply malty, richly coloured and unapologetically full-bodied, it is built for those who want a proper morning cup with real strength and substance — outstanding with milk, and robust enough to enjoy black.
Irish Breakfast Loose Leaf Tea with Assam and Kenyan Black Teas
Dubliners Luxury Irish Breakfast is a powerful breakfast blend created in the true Irish style: strong, richly flavoured and built around high-quality seasonal leaf rather than compromise.
Second flush Assam brings the depth, malt and grip that define the blend, while Spring Kenyan black tea adds colour, brightness and a floral lift that keeps the cup lively from start to finish.
Bold Malt, Coppery Depth and Serious Morning Strength
In the cup, this Irish breakfast loose leaf tea brews to a deep burnished copper with impressive richness and visual warmth. The flavour is powerfully malty, with a satisfying drying astringency from the Assam and a more lifted, aromatic edge from the Kenyan leaf.
It is a breakfast tea with real authority — substantial, direct and deeply satisfying without feeling blunt or flat.
A Premium Irish Breakfast Blend That Loves Milk
This is a tea made to take milk beautifully. A splash softens the firmer tannin structure, rounds the malt and creates a rich, comforting cup with plenty of strength still intact.
It is equally rewarding taken black for those who enjoy a more assertive brew, where the interplay between deep Assam body and brighter Kenyan lift becomes especially clear.

Built for Proper Breakfasts and Strong Tea Drinkers
Dubliners is ideal for mornings when a lighter tea simply will not do. It stands up well alongside a substantial breakfast and remains just as satisfying at midday when a fuller black tea is called for.
For anyone who finds a standard English Breakfast a little too gentle, this Irish-style blend offers more body, more depth and a stronger sense of purpose in the cup.
How to Brew Dubliners Irish Breakfast Tea
Use freshly boiled water at 100°C and add one well-heaped teaspoon per cup. Steep for 4 to 5 minutes.
A 4-minute brew gives a bold but balanced cup. A 5-minute infusion develops greater strength, malt and structure, especially if you are adding milk.
Add milk after brewing so you can judge the strength of the tea first. This blend is best enjoyed freshly made rather than re-steeped.
Ingredients
Black tea from Assam and Kenya.

There is no warehouse. That is rather the point, and it does have consequences.
Every brand here packs and posts its own orders, in its own boxes, with tracked delivery. The brands you can see are the ones that ship to your country, so your parcel is usually making a fairly short journey: a potter in Bristol posting to Britain, a studio in California posting within America.
Which does mean that an order from three brands arrives as three parcels, posted by three different people, on three different days. Whether that is an inconvenience or a small extended birthday rather depends on your temperament. It also means three lots of postage, shown before you pay, because we would rather mention it here than at the till.
Roughly how long
UK Domestic: 2–5 business days
Coming from further afield: 7–14 days. Usually quicker, but let's not prmise and it will be a lovely surprise!
Estimates, not promises. Each brand sends its own tracking, so you will be kept extremely well
Need help? Just ask.Our small team is here.
Fourteen days from delivery to tell us you have changed your mind, and fourteen more to get it back to us. No reason required, and we will not make you give one.
You are allowed to open it and try it on. Handle it as you would in a shop, and we will not quibble. Handle it as you would a rental car and we may deduct something for the difference.
Return postage is yours to pay, because the brand at the other end is a workshop rather than a warehouse. Some cover it themselves, and if yours does you will not be charged. Whatever you paid us to send it out, we refund either way, and the money goes back the way it came within fourteen days of the parcel reaching the brand.
A few things cannot come back, and only these: anything made or personalised to your order, sealed beauty products once the seal is broken, and anything perishable.
If something arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, none of the above applies. It costs you nothing, and we sort it.
Just email mail@brixbailey.com — we'll guide you through it.
