Science Gifts With a Sense of Humour.
STEMily Shop was started in 2023 by a biology graduate who went looking for science-themed things she actually liked, failed to find any, and sensibly made her own. The cards are hand-drawn and lean hard on the pun, which is how you end up with a birthday card about cell-ebrations and a Father's Day card thanking someone for the great genes.
Alongside the cards there are anatomical art prints, earrings shaped like DNA strands, microscopes and conical flasks, and embroidered caps for doctors, nurses and teachers. The brand's raven was chosen for its long association with intelligence in Celtic and Norse mythology, which is a better origin story than most logos ever get.
