Kymira
Infrared activewear, which sounds far more alarming than it is.
Kymira make their clothing from a patented infrared textile, which the brand designs around circulation and recovery. We will be honest, we had to read about it twice. The short version is that it is properly technical and unusually quiet about being so, which we rather liked, given the state of most activewear marketing. For training, recovering, and the bit in between
Running, stretching, or simply getting through a Tuesday that has more in it than a Tuesday ought to. The pieces are built to be worn rather than admired, which is a lower bar than it sounds and one most activewear fails to clear. They work on the mat and on the road, so you will find them near our independent yoga brands and studio kit and our independent loungewear and gymwear.
Why we took them on
We wanted performance wear that does something, as opposed to performance wear that photographs well and then sits in a drawer. Kymira arrived with a scientific approach, considered design, and fabric with an actual point to it, and we were won over with very little resistance.
