Vanilla Blanc says its diffusers are in the rooms there, and on the shelves at John Lewis, Galeries Lafayette and KaDeWe. The work itself happens in Surrey: reed diffusers and hand-poured candles, blended with organic essential oils, and Grosso lavender grown on the Surrey downs a short drive from where it is bottled.
How long it actually lasts.
The candles are natural wax with a 45-hour burn. A diffuser with a refill runs nine to twelve months, which is the useful number, since the frustrating thing about reed diffusers is usually that they stop working in March and nobody tells you why.
