Chéné-Sasseville

Bedspreads From the Lower St Lawrence.

Chéné-Sasseville was founded in 1980 by two women in L'Isle-Verte, Quebec, and taken over in 2015 by another woman who carried on doing much the same thing. Forty-five years of bedspreads, coverlets and home textiles is the sort of run that only happens when a company is quietly rather good at it.

Reversible, which doubles the value of a decision.

Much of the range is reversible bedspread sets, so the bed can change character without anything being bought, which is the cheapest form of redecoration available to anybody. Beyond the bedroom there are shower curtains, kitchen textiles and the assorted soft furnishings that make a room feel finished rather than merely occupied.

They will also make it to your measurements.

The workshop takes non-standard sizes and customer design ideas, which is useful if you own a bed that predates the standardisation of beds, or a window that has never fitted anything sold in a shop.
