Returns and Refunds
Full details are on our Returns and Refunds page. To start a return, email mail@brixbailey.com with your order number and we'll take it from there. Please don't post anything back before we've confirmed the return address.

Questions About a Particular Brand
The brands know their own work better than we do, but they aren't set up to field customer enquiries directly. Email us with your question, we'll put it to them, and we'll come back to you with the answer. Sizing, materials, care, bespoke commissions, all of it.
