A striking antique carved oak side table in the Jacobean Revival style, dating from the 19th century. The table features a single deep drawer with brass handles and a central escutcheon, beautifully set beneath a richly carved frieze. The decoration includes scrolling vines, flowers, and geometric motifs, while the turned legs are united by stretchers and finished with carved floral details. The oak top has attractive quarter-sawn grain and a warm patina, making this piece both decorative and practical. Perfect as a hall table, occasional side table, or statement piece in any interior. Condition Report: • Solid oak throughout and sturdy. • Age-related marks, wear, and old knocks to the carving (see photos). • Drawer is clean, strong, and runs smoothly. • Wonderful colour and patina consistent with age.
