Shop by Purpose
Every Brand Here Stands For Something. Some Of Them Can Prove It.
Most retail sustainability language is written to be unfalsifiable. Conscious. Considered. Mindful. Words that sound like a commitment and commit to nothing. We have taken a narrower view, which is that a brand either publishes what its products are made from and where, or it does not, and only the first group belongs in a collection that claims anything. So these edits are grouped by what a brand can actually show you rather than by what it says about itself in its own copy.
What The Labels Mean
Sustainable is for brands that publish their materials and production. Ethical is for those who disclose their manufacturers, which is rarer and harder. B Corp Certified means an independent assessment, not a self-declaration. Small Batch is for brands producing in genuinely limited runs, Women-Led for those founded and run by women, and Family Owned for the ones where the founders are still answering the emails. Upcycled covers resold, vintage and reworked pieces, Zero Waste Home the products that reduce what you throw away, and Giving Back the brands committing a share of sales to a named cause.
Where This Sits Alongside Everything Else
Values are one way in. If you would rather browse by where a brand works, try Shop by Location, or by what you are furnishing in Shop by Room. The complete list is in the Brand Directory, and there is more on how we decide who to work with in How We Choose Brands.
