United States delivery times

Most makers dispatch within 1 to 2 working days. Estimated dates appear on product pages and again at checkout, then in your order email. Timings below are typical from dispatch.

  • Contiguous US: standard a few working days, expedited quicker, next day where available.
  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and territories: allow extra time.
  • PO Boxes and APO or FPO: available for selected services only.

Costs and services

Options and prices are calculated at checkout by destination, parcel size and the maker sending your order. Choose standard, tracked or express where offered. High value parcels may require a signature on delivery.

If your basket includes items from several makers you will see shipping per maker at checkout. Some items may consolidate automatically if they ship from the same place.

Dispatch and made to order

Your order is prepared by the maker. Personalised or made to order pieces can take longer and the lead time is shown on the product page. If your order mixes ready to ship with made to order, parcels may leave at different times.

Tracking and updates

We email tracking as soon as a parcel is on its way. You can also view progress in your account. Orders from several makers arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking link.

International shipping

We ship worldwide. Timing varies by country and service. International orders may be subject to local taxes or duties at delivery, payable by the recipient. Your courier will contact you if anything is due.

We cannot control local customs checks or charges. If in doubt, check with your local customs office before ordering.

Address changes and delivery issues

Need to change the address or fix a hiccup. Email mail@brixbailey.com straight away. Once dispatched, rerouting is not always possible. If a delivery attempt is missed, use the courier card or tracking link to rearrange.

Exceptional events such as extreme weather may cause delays. We will keep you posted and agree a revised date if needed.

Split parcels and talking to brands

We work with independent makers who ship direct. If you order from more than one brand, you will receive separate parcels. You can contact each brand directly from their product page or from your order email, which is rather handy.

Non-standard and oversized items

Fragile, high value, large or heavy items may use specialist services with different prices and handling. The correct price and service will show at checkout for the item in question.

Promotional codes apply to product prices only unless stated otherwise. Shipping prices are shown separately at checkout.
